1. What these terms cover

These terms cover this website, published by Polity ("we", "us"). The operator's legal name and address are not yet published on this site. The site describes a product still being developed; there is no signup, account, download or purchase on it today. By using the site you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, do not use it.

Our Privacy notice and Cookies and browser storage page explain what happens when you visit; neither is part of these terms.

2. The product and pricing

Nothing on this site is a live service or an offer to sell anything. We plan a free starter that runs inside Claude Code, with no Polity fee; it is not yet available and its contents may change. Paid upgrades are optional; whether they exist, and what they include or cost, is not final. Anthropic's limits or charges for Claude Code apply separately; we do not set or meter them. Starter files and any paid service will come with their own licence or terms, and confirmed prices, before they begin.

3. Product examples

Descriptions, illustrations, example responses and the interactive walkthrough are illustrative: they show the intended workflow and are not recordings of an actual run unless labelled as such. Features and contents may change or never ship. Where the site says "planned" or "not final", treat it that way.

4. Not professional advice

Content on this website, including example AI outputs, is for general information and is not legal, financial, tax, medical or other professional advice. Examples may contain errors, omissions or outdated information and should not be relied on without appropriate verification.

5. Intellectual property

We own or have the right to use the site's content: text, images, illustrations, code and design. The Polity name and logo are the brand we use for this site and the product. You may not copy, republish, sell or adapt our content, or use the Polity name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you or that you are connected to us, without our written permission. Fonts, open-source software and other third-party material are used under their own licences, which these terms do not limit.

6. Acceptable use

Ordinary search-engine indexing and sharing links to the site are welcome. Do not probe, overload or interfere with the site; impersonate Polity or claim a connection you do not have; copy the site in bulk beyond ordinary indexing; or use it for anything unlawful.

7. Third-party services

Polity is designed to run inside Claude Code, a product of Anthropic, with which we are not affiliated. Your use of Claude Code and of any AI model is governed by their terms and prices, which we do not control. Links to other sites, such as X, lead to services we are not responsible for; their terms apply.

8. Availability and liability

The website is free of charge. We do not guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, or affects rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; updates apply from the date shown. Before any early-access list or download opens, we will publish new terms covering it.

10. Change of operator

We may transfer this website to another operator, such as a company set up to run Polity, subject to applicable law. We will identify the new operator; the transfer will not reduce protections you have under applicable law.
